Lila Rosenberg Obituary


Lila June Holst was born June 27, 1925 on the family farm in Plainview Township
to Herman and Anna (Schultz) Holst. Lila attended Country School and graduated
Rosenberg at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plainview. They farmed in Plainview
Township, retiring in 1982. Her husband Ronald died November 5, 1993. Lila
continued to live on the farm until moving to Golden Living West in Rochester in
January 2011.

Lila was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plainview. She
enjoyed quilting, yard work, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by 3 daughters; Ann (Paul) Wehrs of Queen Creek, AZ, Susan
(Gary) Held of Phoenix, AZ, Amy (Todd) Boelter of Brainerd, MN and 1 son; Keith
(Teresa) Rosenberg of Dover, MN. 7 Grandchildren; Carrie Steffen, Kyle Wehrs,
Josh Held, Melanie Peterson, Jeremy Rosenberg, Ryan Rosenberg, Ashley
Boelter and 10 Great-Grandchildren; Blake Legatt, Jordan Steffen, Casey
Steffen, Wilson Rosenberg, Jaxson Rosenberg, Gage Peterson, Trace Held,
Crew Held, Weston Wehrs, and Sydney Wehrs also survive.

Lila was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother, Bernard Holst,
and 1 sister, Elaine Trogstad.

A private Graveside service will be held at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery in
Plainview.
